Branding a lifestyle

I worked with London and Quadrant Housing on a number of their high-end private developments, delivering award-winning work with my talented team. St Agnes Place in London SE11 was one such. The key to branding and marketing property developments is in capturing the essence of an area, the vision of the architetcts and selling a lifestyle, while at the same time being sensitive to local engagement and opinion. It’s a tricky balance, but is very rewarding work creatively and strategically, as developers are prepared to take creative risks in order to differentiate the area and activate sales.
