Viridor’s website needed to better inform their wide array of stakeholders and provide users with the ability to easily find a Viridor facility in their local area.

We implemented an intuitive SilverStripe CMS. Our design solution was user-centric – we mapped user journeys, then created pages including ‘News’ to keep Local Authorities informed, and a consultation page where stakeholders can monitor development of new waste management sites. We also built a map where users can search for a local Viridor facility via postcode or county.

Google Analytics revealed that post-launch, Viridor experienced continuous growth in traffic, intially achieving over 17,000 visits, with 39% of those visitors making repeat visits. Dwell times in key areas of the site significantly increased. As a result, we became Viridor’s digital partner, creating video, animations and integrated campaigns.
